Reservation cancellation policy

 In Hostal Restaurante La Concordia In order to guarantee proper management of reservations and offer quality service to all our clients, the following cancellation policy is established, in accordance with current regulations regarding tourism services.

* Cancellations with 24–48 hours' notice: Reservations cancelled with a minimum of 24 to 48 hours' notice prior to the arrival date or the reserved service will be subject to a penalty of 25% of the total reservation amount.

* No-show or cancellation without prior notice: If the client does not arrive on the scheduled date and does not notify us of the cancellation, 100% of the total reservation value will be charged.

Making a reservation implies express acceptance of this cancellation policy, which is clearly and transparently explained at the time of booking.
